Our state-of-the-art facility and efficient processes help us to deliver top-quality products with superior lead times. We offer custom fabrication capabilities and in-house paint matching, and as a member of AMCA International, we are able to provide licensed architectural and hurricane louvers at a very competitive price.
Company Overview
Air Performance specializes in designing, manufacturing, and painting commercial architectural louvers, sunshades, and decorative metal products. With deep expertise in product design, engineering, and manufacturing, we deliver high-quality aluminum products at competitive prices—backed by exceptional customer service and fast turnaround times.
Founded in 2005 and restructured in 2011, Air Performance has grown significantly, expanding facilities and capabilities to meet increasing demand. In 2017, we joined United Enertech Holdings, enhancing our resources and tripling our fabrication capacity. In 2024, Soler & Palau Ventilation Group (S&P) acquired United Enertech Holdings, and we are now part of S&P Air Control.
Operating from a 100,000-square-foot facility in Hartford, Alabama, we continue to innovate and support architectural projects with precision and efficiency.
Our Management Team
Ross Strickland
General Manager/Director of Engineering
Ross is one of the original founders of Air Performance, Inc. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the louver industry working in all aspects of production and engineering. Prior to Air Performance, he worked for Ruskin / Reliable Louvers based in Geneva, AL.
Ross manages plant personnel, product design and fabrication, as well as Air Performance’s complete operations .
Greg Carr
Director of Outside Sales
As an Air Performance executive, Greg is responsible for all outside sales activities and spends a significant amount of time calling on major architects, general contractors, glazing contractors, and distribution partners.
Greg was formerly V.P. of Sales & Marketing for ASI Limited, the 13th largest glazing contractor in the United States. There he focused on ornamental metals for exterior facades and curtain wall in both domestic and international markets.
S. Todd Hicks
VP of Sales & Business Development
With nearly 25 Years in the Architectural metal, exterior PTAC grille and louver industry, Todd Hicks serves as the VP of Sales and Business Development for Air Performance. Todd works to direct sales, new and current customer retention, as well as overseeing the project managers to assure customer satisfaction in all facets of the process. From quote to shipment, Todd’s experience and assiduous attention to detail have earned him a favorable reputation in this industry.
Craig Tutor
VP Estimating & Finishing
Craig is one of original founders of Air Performance, Inc. With over 15 years in the louver industry, Craig has extensive experience in estimating, project management, finishing, and shipping logistics. Prior to Air Performance, he worked at Ruskin / Reliable based in Geneva, AL.
Craig is responsible for processing all customer requests for quotes/bids as well as overseeing coordination of product shipment.
