Air Performance’s Project Management (PM) team is instrumental to the overall success of the customer experience. The teams’ responsibilities include processing submitted purchase orders (POs) and coordinating with the production team. This includes conveying pertinent information from our customers about their orders to ensure the exact product expectations are met. The PM team also keeps customers informed on the progress of their projects, which is very important!

Our PMs are the liaisons and communication links between our customers and the production process. Each morning, our PMs review all newly received emails, responding to each inquiry in a timely manner. Daily, they attend a morning production meeting, led by our Director of Project Management. This allows each PM the opportunity to communicate questions and concerns with supervisors from each area of the production team and to gather status updates for their projects so they can convey up-to-date information to our customers.

The Project Management team focuses on being transparent, proactive, and easy to work with – the goal is to always provide a great experience for our customers! The PM team prides themselves on the ability to be flexible to meet customer needs and expectations, and believes proactive communication is instrumental to an overall positive customer experience.

With their commitment to provide each customer excellent service and the best quality products possible, in addition to having over 30 years of combined experience in the architectural louver and metal industry, our Project Management team has the skill sets, product knowledge, and great working relationships that make them essential to the success of every project.
